2. Recruiting Positions:
- Credit Assistant (Trợ lý Tư vấn tín dụng): 1 person.
3. Work location: Floor 3, The Vista building, No. 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City - Ho Chi Minh City.

6. Job description:
- Ability to understanding lending/banking markets and how they work.
- Ability to understand what a mortgage broker does and how we help our clients in Australia.
- Must have an excellent understand of English and be able to speak with a number of people including clients, team members and bank staff in a highly fluent manner.
- Collaborating efficiently within your lending cluster to ensure clients are provided with the highest level of credit management, support, and service while maintaining compliance and adherence to standards.
- Clear communication and collaboration with the Lending Adviser/Director of Lending while actively contributing to the entire group business vision and mission statement.
- Efficiently supporting all loan applications while maintaining high attention to detail and following procedures & processes.
- Working cohesively with the Client Services Assistant to make sure data entry to submission to settlement is a detailed and smooth process.
- Working with the Client Services Assistant to ensure that all loan applications meet compliance requirements and guidelines.
- Conducting serviceability calculations and assisting with lender recommendations.
- Must be able to understand how a property loan is used and must be able to calculate some general loan terms including LVR/LMI, Interest P&I, Interest Only.
- Liaising with agents, accountants, solicitors & conveyancers and developing a good rapport with clients to support the client relationship (Pre and Post Loan settlement).
- Liaising directly with clients to follow up on their loan applications.
- Liaising directly with banks to follow up and confirm questions they may have on loan applications. This role will also need you to talk to other bank staff, valuers, conveyancers, solicitors and accountants.
- Liasing directly with the cluster's Client Services Assistant to make sure all data is entered into MYCRM, AOL correctly and thoroughly.
- Responsible for making sure all compliance documents including Game Plan's, Bank documents are signed and executed correctly.
- Utilising CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & lending support tools & technology to facilitate document management including filing, faxing, and scanning.
- Contributing positively to the community and maintaining high ethical and educational standards while continually striving to enhance learning & development.

Job Requirements:
- Graduated from University majoring in Economic Studies, Accounting, Accounting - Finance, Accounting - Auditing, Banking, Insurance, Commerce, or related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Agile, hardworking, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility, honesty.
- Proficient in office skills, Microsoft 365.
- English skills: writing, reading & understanding, advanced communication skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Detail-oriented, good time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Having previous experience in working with Australian Banking would be highly advantaged.
