Key Accountabilities:
• To manage and sell credit card products to potential customers through various sales channels, including DSA acquisition booth, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, according to planned timeline.
• Responsible for acquiring new card based on target assigned card activation rate, and spending volume.
• Provide VN Credit card market situation and competitors promotion update to support in business improvement, and marketing promotion.
• Plan execution date and staff allocation to fit with DSA acquisition booth.
• Lead, coach subordinate and product training to deliver business result and to achieve monthly/yearly target.
• Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results
• Ensure compliance with regulations and implement control measures.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
• At least 4-5 years of experience in banking service especially in Credit Card sales function
• Knowledge of credit card products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
• Proficient with MS Office
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking skill
• Strong leadership, communication both verbal and written and presentation skills, and analytical skills.
• Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
