CREDIT INTERN/CUSTOMER SUCCESS INTERN

Responsibilities:
Support seniors by communicating with customers/ partners to collect documents.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.
Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, build trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
Other tasks to support company requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or undergraduate in Finance or Business, can work fulltime is a plus.
Fast-paced, smart, reliable, proactive. Self-starter and eager to learn.
Prior professional experience is a plus.
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
Ability to speak fluently in both Vietnamese and English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with Vietnamese-speaking clients.
Monthly salary: Negotiation.
Working hours: Full time (40 hours/week) or Part time (at least 20 hours/week) is acceptable.
