Location: Ho Chi Minh city
Team: Growth Marketing
The role:
Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Intern will be working to execute strategies to improve our acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
What you'll be doing:
Execute CRM global campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app communications to drive new members deeper into the funnel
Collaborating with other teams to ensure that CRM campaigns work smoothly for every aspect of the business.
Come up with creative ideas, campaign initiatives on a global scale to improve customer experience and business performance.
Execute multiple experiments on different aspects of CRM to optimize the campaign and best practices
Customize the content in different languages for end users in different countries
Responsible for the quality of campaign setup and user engagement flow works as expected
Requirements:
Students from Economic majors
Detail-oriented, logical thinking
Accurate, systematic, and methodical
Good English language skills, especially in writing
Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis with suggestions for improving the existing campaigns.
Advanced level of computer literacy in Excel or spreadsheet
Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
A passion for start-ups, speaking with customers and solving problems
Nice-to-have skills:
Good knowledge of HTML, email creation and cross-device testing (desirable)
Experienced in working with technical platforms, email, push notifications and in-app message
