Mô tả công việc

- Support recruitment activities by managing candidate information, posting jobs on recruiting websites/SNS, contacting candidates.
- Receive and screen candidate resumes to match the company's requirements.
- Support company survey program targeting users in IT companies.
- Support to organize engaging events to create a vibrant and happy workplace for our young talents such as office parties, quarterly company parties, year-end parties, holiday events, company trips, etc.
- Support health insurance procedures for employees.
- Manage cleaning services at the office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the HR team.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Female, 3rd-year or final-year students.
● Passionate about Human Resources with a long-term career goal in HR management.
● Intermediate-level English skills (writing/speaking).
● Flexible and able to work well with people.
● Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese.
● Proficient in office computer skills and familiar with basic design tools.
● Good planning and time management skills for multitasking.
● Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-developing mindset.
Benefits:
● Internship allowance: 30,000 VND/hour.
● Flexible working hours within office hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (schedule can be adjusted to fit school schedule).
