Cross-border E-commerce Operation

1. Be responsible for shipping schedules, booking shipping space, container loading, and shipment review (for goods with batteries) on the client side, as well as handling customer data supplementation, ISF (Importer Security Filing), insurance purchase, and bill of lading processing (including full-container and bulk cargo business).
2. Be responsible for customs clearance at the port of destination, trailer services, providing answers to relevant professional knowledge, and conducting basic reviews of customs clearance documents, as well as basic reviews and filings of bond/VAT.
3. Coordinate with foreign customs clearance agencies to arrange customs clearance matters, track and feedback on abnormal situations such as customs inspections.
4. Confirm foreign taxes, send back documents such as tax invoices, and enter miscellaneous fees.
5. Be responsible for the work of clients who do not use the Xiyou system and maintain the logistics nodes of the TMS system (including order creation, modification, and maintenance of basic information).
6. Be responsible for handling basic abnormalities in the first leg of transportation for corresponding clients and escalating and feeding back abnormal situations.
7. Be responsible for sorting, confirming, statistically entering, and classifying vouchers for the additional receivable fees of corresponding clients.
8. Be responsible for classifying and archiving all operation-level documents for the first leg of shipment of corresponding clients.
