Description of the organization's expectation:
It is important that all IG Asia Vietnam (IGAV) employees have a clear understanding of the expectations of their duties and responsibilities. This job description outlines the major responsibilities for this role and is a guide to the employees, and their managers, as to their overall responsibilities. The employee recognizes that they may be required to undertake work that is outside of the specifics of this job description from time to time, as required and requested to do so for the good operations of IG Asia Vietnam, and they agree to undertake all reasonable and lawful instructions provided to them.
Responsibilities:
• Estimation, develop design of CSA (if necessary) for estimation of resort projects including villas, technical buildings, hotels, beach clubs, amenity zones (sport facilities, spa, restaurants, etc.)
• Responsible for quantity take-off from sketch, concept design, tender drawing, and cross check the tender quantity
• Work closely with design team, calculate bill of quantity (BOQ), cost estimation of project.
• Control works quality and time schedules within group.
• Prepare and submit tender document.
• Collect and formulate cost database and other related to professional job.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make the cost comparison sheet.
• Study and make value engineering.
• Ensure that commercial management tools, reports, processes, and procedures are used in accordance with IDEC group standards.
• Recommendation of appointment of tenderers

Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree qualified in Engineering or Quantity surveying (QS) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in QS with direct experience of high-end resort/hotel projects (candidates who have worked on at least 2-3 medium/large-scale resort projects are preferred).
• Proficient in software: AutoCAD, estimation software and Revit (plus point)
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the high-end resort, hotel and commercial building especially fit-out works,
• Experience in coordinating with Architect, C&S Designer and Interior Designer,
• Able to handle the nature of resort projects, which often involve frequent design changes driven by aesthetic requirements during implementation,
• Familiar with TCVN and international standards.
• Experience with international consultancy firm or Fit-out design & build contractor is preferable.
• Sensitive to aesthetics/guest experience (the resort industry requires a different mindset compared to purely industrial construction).
• Experience of industrial projects is a plus.
• Honesty, loyalty and dedication are a must.
