Culture Building & Engagement
Translate PixOn's 6 core values into actionable behaviors and daily rituals.
Organize company-wide culture campaigns.
Design and maintain a yearly Culture Calendar to drive engagement and team bonding.
Create inspiring internal communication materials, stories, and events that connect people emotionally.
Leadership & People Development
Collaborate with leadership to design and execute Leadership Bootcamps and soft-skill training.
Develop and maintain a Leadership Competency Framework aligned with PixOn's values.
Partner with managers to build team development plans and succession pathways.
Facilitate 1-on-1 and team feedback sessions to foster growth, alignment, and continuous improvement.
HR Partnership & Employee Experience
Act as a trusted HR partner for studio teams: listening, advising, and solving people's challenges.
Conduct quarterly Culture Pulse Surveys and analyze engagement data.
Participate in hiring and onboarding to ensure strong cultural fit for new members.
Propose and execute programs that enhance retention, motivation, and recognition.
Internal Communication
Partner with the Internal Comms team to craft authentic storytelling campaigns.
Manage key communication channels (Notion, Slack, newsletters, internal videos).
Promote transparency and positivity through consistent and creative communication.
Yêu cầu
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
2 years of experience in People & Culture, HRBP, L&D, or Internal Communications, preferably in a creative, tech, or gaming environment.
Solid understanding of organizational culture, employee motivation, and leadership development.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal (English & Vietnamese).
Experience organizing workshops, training sessions, or company engagement events.
Ability to analyze survey data and translate feedback into improvement actions.
Familiar with tools like Notion, Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Highly empathetic, structured, proactive, and passionate about people and culture
Nice to have:
Experience in startup or creative industries (gaming, tech, media).
Knowledge of competency frameworks, performance review systems, or career pathing.
Familiarity with BI dashboards or basic data analysis for HR insights.
A natural storyteller who loves inspiring others through authentic cultural moments.
