What you will be doing
- Support customers via phone calls and other communication channels such as Live chat, Email, Facebook, Zalo...
- Provide innovative offers to improve the quality service of Contact Center.
- Interact and engage with customers across multiple channels (email, social media, hotline, chat, events, etc.)
- Proactively monitor customer experience, collect feedback, and analyze the root causes of issues.
- Propose solutions to improve the customer journey based on real data and insights.
- Proactively learn about new products, internal processes, and continuously update knowledge to provide effective consultation.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, representing customer perspectives and delivering insights to relevant departments.
- Implement tasks allocated by Contact Center Manager
Yêu cầu
Your skill and experience:
- Having Financial Institution experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, speaking clearly and succinctly, required Englishlanguage proficiency.
- Candidates must be able to perform job functions independently or as part of a team and have problem-solving skills to solve a diversity of customer issues.
- Being able to work in shifts 24/7, Timo service is available for our customers 365 days a year.
- Work in HCMC and desire to work in a newly established project with high pressure and productivity achievement.
