Responsibilities
Help build creative solutions to challenging customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
Solve customers' operational issues through problem-solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to drive resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.
Organize and execute prototype workshops to prove out proposed architectures, develop best practices and document technical blockers for prioritization with engineering.
Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other customer related events as required.
Collaborate with customers to drive successful adoption and guide them through the entire innovation lifecycle, develop solution architectures and strategic roadmaps to achieve key milestones.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience delivering technical presentations.
Experience with one or more programming languages.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing programs/scripts in Python, Java, C++, SQL.
Experience building or troubleshooting websites or web applications using web technologies (e.g., HTTP(S), JavaScript, APIs, TCP/IP, DNS).
Experience in architecture and developing software for scalable, distributed systems.
Experience in the technology industry or working in a specialist area of technology.
Knowledge of public cloud platforms and technical concepts such as AI, Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and related industry topics.
Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence key decision makers around deployment topologies, scaling, performance and sizing.
