Responsibilities & Details :
ABILITY TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS BETWEEN 21:00 - 6:00 WITH AN ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE FOR NIGHT SHIFTS (MINIMUM 2 WEEKS PER MONTH).
AGE: 22-29
Assist clients on Live-chat/ Email
Introduce Products/Promotions to clients
Typing skills/ Multitasking skills
Able to work in a Team in order to execute daily volume of work
Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Training provided for 1 week (Paid). Examination for training at the end of the week.
Yêu cầu
VIETNAMESE Native Language - Mandatory
Excellent oral and written skills in English - Mandatory
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related - Mandatory
Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus
Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer literacy
