Customer Support: Address inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Ensure resolution and customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
Issue Escalation: Forward complex or unresolved cases to relevant teams and monitor their resolution within set timelines.
Customer Data Management: Record and update customer interactions, order statuses, and related issues accurately.
Protocol Compliance: Adhere to established processes to maintain customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Customer Experience Manager
Yêu cầu
Excellent English, especially in written and verbal.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Do not require having experience (Experience in customer service, with a preference for those familiar with CRM systems is a plus)

Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, 1.5 hour lunch break, off on Saturday and Sunday.
