Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, clean, and prepare customer data for onboarding readiness.
• Map customer requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Train and support non-IT clients to successfully adopt and use our software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Visit our customer site in Vietnam
• Travel to Thailand HQ (1-2 times/month) for training and customer meetings; remote work (80%) from Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL (must-have).
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English (both spoken and written).
• Experience in data analysis,
IT support, or technical customer service.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Knowledge of Python scripting is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
