Receive service requests from clients, mainly including bookings for restaurants, meals, and other related services per program/itinerary.
Review requirements, regulations, and policies of each client to ensure compliance during service provision.
Check service availability, work with suppliers/vendors to confirm capacity, update information on the system, and prepare/send quotations to clients.
Track client feedback and quotation approval status; proceed with service bookings and confirmations with suppliers upon receiving client approval.
Send confirmed booking notifications and provide full service details to clients.
Monitor clients' service usage process; collaborate with suppliers and relevant parties to timely handle any changes or arising issues.
Track and coordinate payment execution with suppliers according to company procedures.
After service completion, coordinate with the Accounting department, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues related to bookings, vouchers, costs, or additional incurred fees (if any).
Proactively survey, source, and periodically update the list of new restaurants, hotels, and suppliers; ensure service sources are diverse, suitable for clients' needs and budgets.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Education: College/Vocational degree or higher in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
Experience: Prior experience in tour operations or travel services is preferred.
Skills:
Good English communication; clear voice and articulation.
Good time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Attributes: High sense of responsibility, proactive, honest, presentable, and seeking long-term employment.
