Customer Service And Operation Logistics

- Handle export/import shipments from/to Vietnam according to all given requirements and rules & regulations externally as well as internally
- Liaise with booking team to secure space & arrange flight.
- Check with subcontractor for the best cost
- Update cargo & documents status to customers and destination team
- Checking and issuing all related docs for outbound & inbound shipment (Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, sending pre-alert, do payment .... ) to finish the import - export process)
- Good knowledge about services information to provide best offers to customers.
- Solve problems with Airlines, Carriers, oversea Agents, and Customers.
- Input all required data on the system and update it.
- Tracing/ updating and cooperate with worldwide agent network to handle shipments smoothly...
- Report to management in form of daily updates and proper accurate weekly/monthly report.
- Doing other works if required
