As part of our growth we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Ho Chi Minh City where you will be part of a global team fighting fraud and piracy!
Position Summary & Objective The
Customer Service Executive serves as the main contact to resolve customer issues and foster a positive relationship between the customers and the company.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
To respond and ensure customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
To coordinate with the sales team, other departments, suppliers, and other ticket centers to ensure the print quality and customers' requirements are met.
To handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and service standard.
To communicate with the sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of the customer and to maintain updated customer profile information.
To proactively share product/system knowledge gained through experience to improve quality.
To prepare proforma invoices for Prepaid Customer, track the payment and inform the accounting Dept. to release the order to customer.
To take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.
To provide information about products and services and respond to questions and complaints professionally.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions made in connection with his/her work.
Position Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree is preferred. Not Mandatory
Experience:
At least one year's experience in a customer facing role.
At least one year's experience in the garment/textile/sportswear industry.
Certifications/Licenses:
None.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English.
Foreign language proficiency by location.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer/supplier liaising skills.
Effective communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing, to respond to the customer clearly and accurately.
Understand customers' needs and concerns to resolve the call as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Respond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Good interpersonal skills. Be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
Able to analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions.
Physical Characteristics and Demands
This role is sedentary in nature, you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
