Good Korean communication skills ( TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred
Good English reading and writing skills
Good communication and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Outlook, Worrd )
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Knowledge of textile testing standards ( AATCC, ASTM, ISO, EN, JIS, etc.) is an advantage
Handle customer inquiries and testing requests
Assist customers in completing test request forms ( TRF )
Translate Korean manuals, technical documents, and customer requirements
Follow up on testing progress and provide update to customers
Perform other CS tasks as assigned

Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Experience working at a Korean company is preferred
Experience in Customer Service or related fields is an advantage
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer- oriented mindset
Willing to learn textile testing knowledge and buyer requirement
