Responsibilities
- Prepare the tariff, sailing schedule.
- Check/Quote EXW, DDU, DAP and DDP... rates to sales/ oversea agents and follow up.
- Dealing rate with agents/vendors to increase the winning ratio.
- Handle import shipments to Vietnam: inform the agent release booking to
Shipper, send Draft Bill of Lading to customer to check, update shipping details, actual volume, cargo receipt, and cargo image,...
- Solve all complaints/issues during the transportation including cargo delay, change vessel, return cargo, ...
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of docs/ info uploading into the company system/ customized reporting file.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide a standard of service required by each customer.
- Proactively provide solutions and escalate to superior in time.
- Others task as arranged by direct supervisor/ manager.
- Experience in import cargo with all ship modes (Sea, Air, Local transportation) is a preference.
- >6 months experience in the forwarding and logistics industry.
- English is a must.
- Customer and service-oriented.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations.
