Mô tả công việc
** Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with the CEO and the business development team to provide necessary support and information to secure/win new projects, including design & build, architecture, decoration, interior cooperation, fit-out, and finishing works for offices, shopping malls, hospitals, retail stores, and international schools.
· Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members through various channels such as in-person meetings, phone, and email.
· Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project journey, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
· Coordinate project activities, including scheduling appointments, organizing project documentation, and liaising with internal departments to ensure timely completion.
· Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, project details, and communication history.
· Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and other related documentation as needed.

Yêu cầu
** Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in the customer service/sales industry.
· Excellent communication skills and a professional/ good appearance.
· Proficient in English or Chinese.
· Good at Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint for creating presentations and delivering speeches in front of clients.
· Willingness to undergo training and strong support from the company's CEO regarding clients' data and knowledge of the design & build industry.
