Mô tả công việc

*******Customer service:
+ Smooth handling all sea/air export-import shipment as per company's standard operating procedure.
+Maintain good customer service relationship with customers.
+ Follow up and control subcontractors during handling door to door shipments.
+Updating customer profiles.
+Full support Sales' enquiries for achieving sales goals.
+Complains solving in time
+Make reports to Operation Manager as requested.
+Other service task assigned by management.
*******Pricing:
+ To cooperate with manager + colleagues to provide timely responses to rate requests.
+ To maintain + strengthen carrier relationships on the most senior levels in your location
+ To ensure that databases are always up to date with most relevant pricing information
+ To support + exchange information with others to gain new, retain + further develop existing accounts.
+Make reports to manager weekly
+ Other service task assigned by management.

Yêu cầu

1. Specialized in Economics, Foreign Trade University or Export fields
2. EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of logistics or Im - Export fields, Deep understanding of local market / shipping industry and export/import regulations.
3. Strong network and relationship with carriers is preferable.
4. Use good application Outlook, Word, Excel.
5. Foreign language: English, knowing Chinese is preferable.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Thoughtful, honest, dynamic, good communication.
