Facilitate the deployment process for new customers, ensuring they understand the functionalities and value of KiotViet products.
Monitor's usage and provide information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers/ foreign agents to ensure satisfaction and address customer feedback.
Organize training sessions for customers/sales/agents on how to utilize KiotViet products.
Record and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints following the company's process.
Conduct customer surveys, summarize results, and report findings to management as per the plan.
Manage and report tasks to superiors following established procedures.
