• Confirm shipment status and provide timely pre-alert notifications to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate daily with customers regarding cargo schedules and ensure all shipment conditions meet required standards.
• Provide prompt and accurate information to sales agents, maintain end-to-end shipment tracking, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with supervisors to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions, including effective cargo space arrangements.
• Maintain and update system data accurately to support reporting, statistics, and future analysis.
• Organize, manage, and archive documents and related paperwork in a systematic manner.
• Report any unexpected incidents or unresolved issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors to support daily operations.
Yêu cầu
• Up to 1 year of experience in logistics, airline operations, or a related field (including internship experience).
• Good command of English for daily communication (both written and verbal).
• Male candidate preferred.
