Mô tả công việc
Position (Summary)
The Incumbent is responsible CS position for the coating center.
Job Description
Main task (CS)
1. Daily calculate quotation as customer require, then entry SO into system
2. Daily claims entry (If any), monitor and push pending cases
3. Service claims validation, service fee reconciliation (Account receivable control)
4. Monthly management Service Coating fee calculation & payment due
5. Logistic fee checking and arrange pickup /shipment routine daily
6. Service MKT: support to execute customer care campaign with teams
7. Other service department administration jobs
8. Co-operation with production department to handle shipment to customer
9. VAT invoice issuance and other related task for EPE customer
10. Arrange and execute pick up and deliveries from customers to local and international production centers.
11. Manage domestic & international shipment / customs clearances with courier and logistic partners.
12. Receive goods from customer, verify and register orders into ERP system prior sending the goods to the production locations
Subtask:
13. Control admin task for Ho Chi Minh sale office (stationery and office equipment, cleaning, Utili-ties cost management, mailing, leasing...)
14. Action as internal sale: quotation, CRM entry and other assign task from HCM sale team

Yêu cầu công việc
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Economics /Marketing.
• Strong entrepreneurial and goal-oriented approach driven by efficiency
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in MS office application (excel, power point, etc....), strong data analysis skills. English communication. SAP, NAV or other ERP working experience is advantage.
• Have experience in international shipment, forwarding activities.
• Service center management and/or network development experience will be an absolute advantage.
• Open and positive mindset with experience in international and cross-cultural business environment
• Experience- Min 3 years
