Customer Service Executive (Manufacturing/ Semiconductor Industry)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support and coordinate customer orders in a fast-paced export manufacturing environment.
This role will work closely with international customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing from PO confirmation to delivery. The position is suitable for candidates with experience in manufacturing, order management, or customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and handle customer inquiries, requests, and order information
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until PO confirmation
• Coordinate with Production and related departments for order processing
• Monitor customer materials/components to ensure production readiness
• Follow up order progress from PO receipt to shipment delivery
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
• Send weekly WIP (Work-in-Progress) reports to customers
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Record and report arising issues during order processing
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively
