We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive (Sea Export) to join our growing team!
* Key Responsibilities:
• Handle feehand / nomination shipments from sales team or overseas agents.
• Check and propose suitable sailing schedules based on customer inquiries.
• Input booking data and shipment information into the internal system.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively update clients on shipment status and handle any delays or exceptions.
• Report to the manager and complete other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu
• At least 2 years of experience in Sea Export / Freight Forwarding TP lanes ( Freshers are also acceptable with negotiation salary)
• Knowledge of sea export procedures, logistics operations, especially TP lanes.
• Good teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Good English skills (both written & reading).
* Benefits:
• Salary: 13-15M base on ability + 13th month + Tet bonus & annual performance bonus.
• Working hours: 8:00 - 17:30, Monday - Friday (off on weekends).
• Annual leave: 12 days/year after probation.
