• Order Management: Proactively manage and process incoming orders via internal systems, email, and phone.
• Order Fulfilment: Handle call-off orders from vendors as well as bulk orders and forecasts from global brands, ensuring timely order confirmations.

Purchasing & Procurement: Arrange purchase orders (PO) with suppliers to maintain healthy stock levels in strict accordance with brand agreements.
• Inventory & Logistics Control: Monitor goods arrival and stock levels closely to ensure all shipments and stock plans run as scheduled.
• Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and logistics via professional email and phone correspondence.
• System & Web shop Administration:
o Manage the digital catalog by adding new items provided by the Product Development (PD) team.
o Administer vendor access by creating web shop logins and registering new vendors within the GARP system.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, order management, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within manufacturing, packaging, garment, printing, or export-oriented environments is highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, suitable for a multinational business environment.
• Technical Skills: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in coordination within complex supply chains.
