A. Client Onboarding & Investment Support
• Advise clients on Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) procedures, including documentation, timelines, and application processes.
• Coordinate submission, follow-up, and delivery of granted certificates (including translation where required).
B. Post-Licensing & Operational Support
• Support clients after IRC/ERC issuance on procedures such as construction permits, import/export, taxation, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update a database of relevant service providers (contractors, consultants, hotels, etc.) to support client needs.
• Monitor and update internal teams and clients on new laws and regulations affecting investment and operations.
C. Contract & Service Management
• Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements.
• Land Use Right Certificates (LURC) follow-up.
• Coordinate internally and externally to ensure timely execution and compliance of contracts.
D. Client Relationship Management & Coordination
• Act as the main coordinator for client construction and operational activities, in collaboration with
Sales Executives.
• Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and provide timely support.
• Take full ownership of customer issues/claims/requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Keep Customer Relation Management/Smartsheets/Enterprise Resource Planning updated with accurate client data, status, and reports.
• Stay informed on clients' business activities and relevant market developments.
E. Customer Experience &
Business Development Support
• Organize and conduct bi-annual customer satisfaction surveys and propose improvement actions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients for additional services.
• Participate in organizing customer events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in industrial real estate, investment projects, or working with foreign investors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients.
• Good understanding of investment procedures and regulatory frameworks in Vietnam is preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
