Mô tả công việc
- Procure and negotiate competitive rates for sea freight, air freight, and inland logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents to secure the best pricing and space.
- Update and maintain pricing databases and rate sheets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of quotations and contracts.
- Handle and follow up on overseas sales leads for freight and logistics service inquiries.
- Prepare service proposals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customers.
- Provide customer support by confirming bookings, responding to inquiries, and coordinating shipment-related issues (including returns if any).
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with and provide backup support to team members as required by the direct supervisor.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trucking companies in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of export shipments to the US and other key markets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the logistics market and pricing structure.
- Good command of English (especially email communication).
- Experience in checking and analyzing ocean freight and warehouse pricing is preferred.

- Working hours:
+ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (work-from-home applicable)
