Process customer order ( PO + Forecast) and enter them into the SAP system accurately, Maintain demand update weekly
Track order status from material procurement through SMT, DIP, testing, and final assembly
Proactively follow up on production schedules and provide regular progress updates to customers
Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and communicate mitigation plans promptly
Collaborate with production planning, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align on delivery timelines.
Coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs) and BOM (Bill of Materials) revisions with internal stakeholders
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipping dates, and quality issues
Prepare and send order confirmations, shipping notices, and delivery documents.
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to QA or engineering teams when necessary

Yêu cầu
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Electronics, or related field
2-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or production coordination, preferably in PCBA/EMS industry
Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes (SMT, wave soldering, AOI, ICT, functional testing) is highly preferred
Knowledge in planning, logistics, order processing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other MRP software) and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Basic understanding of electronic components and BOM structures.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High senses of responsibility and excellent communication skill
