Customer Service Intern

Job Description
Receive training and gain an understanding of the entire export shipment handling process for both Sea and Air freight.
Support the Sales team in understanding quotations based on Incoterms, providing service information, and advising customers on transportation schedules.
Assist in checking and monitoring vessel schedules, flight schedules, and shipment status throughout the transportation process.
Learn to understand booking confirmations, follow up on booking progress, and support in resolving operational issues under the guidance of Mentors.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Mentor and direct Manager.

Requirements
Third or fourth-year students majoring in International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Import-Export, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Strong interest in developing a career in the Logistics/Forwarding industry.
Good English communication, reading, and writing skills.
Proactive, hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn with good teamwork skills.
WORKING TIME
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 01:30 PM - 05:30 PM.
Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM (02 Saturdays off per month).
