Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service of call center.
Giving excellent services to customers.
Receive calls from customers and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone/Email/Chat/App.
Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivity.
Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project.
Working 6 days/ week, 1 day off any.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated equivalent Majors is an advantage.
At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles or any relevant roles.
Fluency in Korean (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% Korean. (TOPIK 5 Certificate).
Having experience in call center/contact center is a plus.
Willing to work on weekends, national holidays, overtime if needed.
Discipline, honesty, critical and high initiative.
