Mô tả công việc
- Establish relationships with new customers, agencies and suppliers.
- Strengthen the relationship with existing accounts.
- Making quotation and offering services.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide a standard of services required by each customer.
- Booking directly with air/ocean carriers and inland transport operators.
- Following up the import and export sea & air shipments.
- Liaise with relative parties to ensure shipment on board on time.
- Ensuring stable work progress and promptly solving arising problems.
- Report to manager or upper level when required
- Other jobs as required by the Company.
Yêu cầu
- English or Chinese in spoken & written (compulsory).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration / international trade or relative field;
- At least 5 years of experience in operation, customer service.
- Knowledge and experience in USA, Canada, EU, China freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, customer orientation, negotiation skills, achievement driven, teamwork spirit
- Able to work under pressure & work overtime if needed.
- Working in long-term.
