1. Customer Service:
Work as a connector between customers and companies to ensure effective service levels to customers:
- Maintain relationships with key customers, update shipping schedules, and provide quotations.
- Reserve space on vessels and send bookings to customers.
- Utilize the customer list to send the company introduction letters and service and price offers.
2. Pricing:
- Coordinate with shipping lines to stay updated on sea freight rates, shipping schedules, and new services.
- Update market rates and share market insights with your team.
- Provide an overview of logistics costs for management and demand trend analysis.
3. International Partner/ Agent Relations:
- Prepare and make presentations about company introductions to international partners or reports on the company's recent business activities to overseas agents/ head office during visits to Vietnam.
- Welcome and accompany partners/ overseas agents on tours of depots and client visits.
- Conduct monthly online meetings with the head office abroad.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics will be a priority.
- Working experience in the Shipping and logistics field.
- No age limit.
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Good at MS Word / Excel / PPT presentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
