Follow up customers' enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps
Operate CMS to exert parcel status and tracking
Assist in tackling parcel check-in errors on Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Coordinate with departments to confirm parcels shipments are error-free
Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

At 2 years work experience, preferred in freight forwarding industry and express companies
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to work independently, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated
Good command of Vietnamese and speaking good Chinese. English is an advantage
Experience in operating CMS is a plus
Possess good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Immediate availability is preferred
