Mô tả công việc
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Officer.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for tasks of:
• Operative implementation of order processing following the defined detail organizational rules for order and test processing
• Set up the testing matrix
• Cost quotation preparation
• Customer support
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Enhancing the overall customer experience.
The role will require working in our office located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
• Degree holder in Textile Chemistry preferable.
• 3 - 5 years or above customer services experience in textile industry, quality testing or laboratory.
• Customer service support including handle of customer's enquiry, application/order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Teams, Word, Excel,...
• Good command of English & Vietnamese
• Mature, fast learner, focus and independent, positive attitude, self-motivated, strong analytical abilities and good communication skills.
• Chinese Speaking is an advantage.
