Review the daily arrival list and guests' special requests to prepare welcome drinks and amenities prior to arrival.
Provide personalized services whenever possible to enhance guest satisfaction.
Get to know guests on a personal level and remember their preferences regarding food, habits, and interests to tailor services accordingly.
Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their seats, interact with them regularly, and update all relevant guest information to assess satisfaction levels.
Receive and handle guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently to optimize the guest experience.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Experience in same position at least 1 year at hotels/resorts.
Good communication skills; English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, and similar tools.
Able to understand and anticipate guests' needs; attentive, proactive, and accountable for completing tasks.
Knowledgeable and capable of storytelling, with a personal style that creates unique and memorable guest experiences.
