Job Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, chat, and messaging channels.
Assist with travel-related inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and complaints.
Provide accurate information using company tools and processes.
Escalate urgent cases and unusual situations when necessary.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
Continuously update product and service knowledge.
Income & Benefits
Average Income:
10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month
Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Complexity Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (for Phone Line after probation)
Monthly KPI Bonus: 900,000 - 1,200,000 VND/month
Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary
100% salary during 2-month probation
Requirements
High School Diploma or higher
Good English communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
Able to work fully in English
Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work in rotating shifts
Working Schedule
5 working days/week (2 rotational days off)
Rotating 24/7 shifts arranged by Team Leader
