Mô tả công việc

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via calls and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in call and chat support.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
