Work Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai
Job Purpose:
Maximum communication to customer and commitment of conflict solving, customer service is creating value added to company's brands and images.
Providing services to customers before, during and after purchases
Job Responsibilities:
• Key customer orders into system and send SO to customer for their confirmation
• Respond to customer's feedback and refer to related departments of any issues: deliveries, good's qualities, services, etc
• Inform customers on any changes occurred in deliveries schedule if any
• Research on customers' needs and satisfaction to MVN products and qualities.
• Assist sales colleagues in co-responding to customers
Yêu cầu
- Good at Excel, Word and Outlook
- At least 1 year experiences in CS OR ADMIN JOB
- ENGLISH are advantage
- Be able to work under high pressure and independent.
- Soft Skills: Negotiation, Problem solving
- Characteristic: Thorough, Careful
