Follow up customers' enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps
Operate CMS to exert parcel status and tracking
Assist in tackling parcel check-in errors on Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Coordinate with departments to confirm parcels shipments are error-free
Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Based in either HCMC or Hanoi City office

With at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the freight forwarding or express delivery industry.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and self-motivated; able to work independently;
Strong communication skills; proficient in Vietnamese and English.
Experience with CMS operations is a plus.
Experience in customer service team management is an advantage.
