Mô tả công việc
Conduct customer care calls to customers. Guide and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions when participating in the company's service.
Resolve client complaints and inquiries within the designated scope.
Advise on the best solutions to address customer issues. Monitor, collect, upload, and process documents provided by customers.
Handle emails/calls from customers and company partners.
Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client issues. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, policies, and cultural standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.

Fluency in English.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service or related positions.

Official Salary: 14,000,000 VND + Bonus
Woring time: 23:30 - 08:30 (Night Shift) from Monday to Friday (working by US business hours)
Work in a foreign-friendly and professional environment.
Receive comprehensive training on company processes before starting work-continuous supervision and guidance from management until proficiency is achieved.
The company provides all the necessary work equipment. Training on software usage such as CRM, ZOOM as required by the company.
Full participation in social insurance according to government regulations.
Annual regular health check-ups.
Team building activities and a 13th-month salary based on the company's business performance.
Access to a pantry with free tea, snacks, coffee, noodles, etc., daily. Microwave, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser with a view of the city.
