Mô tả công việc
Conduct customer care calls to customers. Guide and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions when participating in the company's service.
Resolve client complaints and inquiries within the designated scope.
Advise on the best solutions to address customer issues. Monitor, collect, upload, and process documents provided by customers.
Handle emails/calls from customers and company partners.
Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client issues. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, policies, and cultural standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.
Yêu cầu
Fluency in English.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service or related positions.

Woring time: 23:30 - 08:30 (Night Shift) from Monday to Friday (working by US business hours)
