Together with Murata internal personnel to build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty and total customer satisfaction by:
• Responding to daily requests from existing customers, such as quotation, part registration, sales price management, customer forecast and order processing, delivery control, Account receivable & credit risk management, quality claim management, sample support, agreement management, material declaration support, product change/ termination management, etc. using Murata systems.
• Conducting customer demand trend update/ analysis and keep up with market trend/technology.
• Share-up activity to maintain/ increase Murata share
• Periodically reporting to leader and manager.
• Other issues if any
Yêu cầu
Education, skills and experience required:
• University graduated
• Age: 23-27
• Gender: Female
• At least 1-2 year experience in sales or manufacturing at a foreign company.
• TOIEC: 650 or IELTS 5.0
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel.
• Mature, pleasant interpersonal and communication skills with ability to persuade and influence others.
• Have a good logical thinking and systematic sense.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule with a growth mindset and occasional short oversea business travel when required.
