Manage orders from contract confirmation to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Monitor account receivables and ensure timely payments.
Coordinate with internal departments (Documentation, Planning, Operations, etc.) to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and any special requests to meet customer expectations.
Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to implement service improvements.
Track shipments and proactively address potential delays.
Travel for business as required.
Assist the Manager with other customer service-related tasks or special projects as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or export operations, preferably with international customers (Japan, Korea is a plus).
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Fast learner, independent, and passionate about customer support.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Office 365; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
