We are hiring a dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Maintain a knowledge base of products and services.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer issues and improvements.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
1+ years of experience in customer support or service.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fixed salary: 12,000,000 VND - 15,000,000 VND (Offer during interview, probationary period, receive 100% salary)
Total income: 15 - 30 million/month
