Mô tả công việc
- Follow Fanpage, Hotline, Call Center channels of Glo365;
- Answer all questions of customers about products and services of the Company, receive requests from customers.
- Carry out customer care tasks as planned;
- Combine teamwork to support customers;
- Perform tasks assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English (for foreign guests);
- Experience in the beauty industry preferred
- Good communication, flexible handling of situations;
- Good ability to work in a team and independently;
- Experienced in online site, customer care.
- Support customers, find ways to solve problems they encounter.
- Proactively contact customers to collect information about their experiences using products and services. From there, provide information to the product department to improve and perfect services and products.- Manage customer information, update and store calls with customers after each transaction ends.
- Monitor work results reports, ensure committed sales targets.
- Experience in the beauty industry preferred
