Mô tả công việc
- Receive & prepare set of Customs Declarations documents (HS code).
- Accurate and timely entry processing through local Customs
- Prepare for customs clearance formality, Liquidation
- Update clearance status in a timely manner to customers
- Co-ordinate with local trucking company for pickup/delivery
- Adherence to procedures and productivity standards and ensure smooth flow of file
Work Location: 66-68 Ly Thai To, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province
Yêu cầu
- Female is preferable
- Studying/updating local Customs regulation
- Take up additional tasks as required of Company
- Know well about HS code, import, export, processing CD and Customs software
- At least 02 years working experience this logistics field including shipping line or airlines.
- Good communication skill.
- Good knowledge in sea freight and forwarding activities
- Good relationship with carriers and co-loaders
- Having good team work manner, hard-working and honest.
- English is good.
