Manage and coordinate activities of the Customs Declaration Documentation Department

2. Job description

Manage and coordinate activities of the Customs Declaration Documentation department
- Assign work and monitor the progress of processing import and export declarations and documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations on customs declaration.
Implement and support customs declaration:
- Handling import and export declarations of goods (ECUS/VNACCS).
- Check HS code, C/O, transport documents, and related documents.
Check and handle special cases:
- Resolve problems related to documents and customs clearance processes.
- Support the team in handling arising situations with customs authorities.
Contact and work with relevant parties:
- Coordinate with customers, partners, agents, and state agencies to complete customs clearance procedures.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth import and export processes.
Personnel training and development:
- Guide, train professional skills, and improve capacity for staff in the team.
- Evaluate performance and build effective teams.
Update and apply new regulations:
- Monitor and update new regulations and policies related to the customs field.
- Recommend process improvements to improve work efficiency.

3. Job requirements

Education
- Graduated from college/university majoring in Import-Export, Logistics, Foreign Economics, or related fields.
Experiencement
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of customs declaration.
- Priority is given to candidates who were a team leader or in management positions.
Specialized skills
- In-depth understanding of import-export processes and operations and customs clearance of goods.
- Proficient in using customs declaration software (ECUS/VNACCS).
- Ability to look up and apply HS codes accurately.
Foreign Language
- Good communication in English, especially in the field of import and export (priority).
Other requirements:
- Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Understand customs laws, taxes, and specialized commodity management policies.

Monday to Friday: Morning 08:00 AM to 12:00PM, Afternoon 01:30 PM to 05:30 PM.
Saturday: Morning 08:00 AM to 12:00PM.
