Our company is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for experienced "QC Upholstery Specialist" to join the team for our locations in Binh Duong Province and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform fabric and leather color checks before cutting
Make sure fabric/leather color matching on same products
Make sure vendor follows fabric/leather SOP for each type of product they are doing
Make sure threads, zipper color matching to each fabric/leather
Monitor sewing quality
Working with upholstery team/QC to address any tailoring issues
Work with our factories to improve the manufacturing process of all existing designs for higher quality, consistency, and efficiency
Spend as much time as necessary on the factory floor to achieve the above - we anticipate the majority of your time will be on the ground in our factories
