Develop and implement teaching plans in accordance with the school's schedule and main program.
Coordinate effectively with parents, the School Board, and Health authorities in caring for and nurturing children.
Participate in professional and extracurricular activities organized by the school.
Fulfill professional duties as required by the company and the Principal.
Ensure safety and facilitate comprehensive physical and intellectual development for children.
Possess strong teamwork skills.
Design and organize extracurricular programs.
Fulfill the responsibilities of a preschool teacher, including teaching and lesson preparation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education.
Proficient in presentation, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills, effective time management, logical thinking, and a collaborative team spirit
Demonstrates patience, strong ethics, flexibility, enthusiasm, cooperation, and positivity.
Proficient in pronunciation and possesses excellent handwriting skills.
Skilled in using computers, relevant software, and the Internet.
Has a basic level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
