We believe the same is true for Timo. The new CX Architect will work directly with me, our build team and various other stakeholders to help lead the way.
If you're a UI designer, you might try to solve every problem with a new screen. If you're a product manager, everything might look like an app feature. Both are important - but this role is about something bigger: deeply understanding people's needs, the challenges they face, and the best (fastest, cheapest, easiest...) way to meet those needs in a way they'll truly value - whether that's an app change, a process improvement, or something entirely different.

- Defining the next step for social at Timo
- Finding ways to boost customers' confidence in their financial lives
Your Skills and Experience
How we'll work together:
1. Initial idea exchange (short call + quick written thoughts).
2. Part-time, paid trial to validate fit and impact.
3. If both sides are excited → transition to full-time.
You'll be a strong fit if you:
- Pair deep and broad empathy with systems thinking.
- Can translate messy constraints into clear, valuable flows.
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders without losing focus.
- Care about setting a new benchmark for our industry
- Are based in HCMC - rapid context-sharing in person is non-negotiable for this role. - Seek to understand first, instead of jumping to conclusions.
